Strategy

Direction-setting for the firm: why it exists, what it's trying to achieve, and how that gets broken into work people actually do.

Mission, vision, values

TODO: Lumaris has brand material (tagline "Rise with confidence.", service-line positioning across AI/Data/Cyber/Cloud/Critical Infrastructure) but no confirmed mission/vision/values statement was found in the material reviewed. Pull from Lumaris_Brand_Guidelines_v1_3.docx / Lumaris_Brand_Content_Reference.docx (Branding shared drive) or draft fresh with the principals, then replace this section.

A useful structure once drafted: - Mission — what Lumaris does, for whom, and why it matters (1–2 sentences) - Vision — what the firm looks like at a defined future point (e.g. 3 years) - Values — 3–5 behaviours that actually get rewarded/enforced, not aspirational posters

Planning cadence

Recommended rhythm for a firm this size (adjust once tested against a real quarter):

Horizon Cadence Output Owner
Annual Once a year Annual plan: target revenue, service-line mix, headcount plan, major initiatives Principals
Quarterly Every 13 weeks 3–5 priorities ("Rocks") per function, each with a single owner and a done/not-done definition Function leads
Weekly Every week Progress against quarterly priorities, blockers surfaced See meetings/cadence.md

Quarterly priorities template

Copy this per quarter into a new file (e.g. 2026-q3-priorities.md):
